When you are putting your memories to paper, don’t forget to go back into your childhood and tell them the things you did, the games you played and share with them things about your childhood friends. Who they were and what they meant to you.
Share with them what you learned growing up. Tell them what you wanted to be when you grew up. Every detail that comes to the forefront of your memory, write it down. It is called a nuggett. Pass it on.
It’s okay to share with them sorrow and sadness that you had and or felt. We are after all, human.
Enjoy this time of looking into the past and say hello to those you’ve loved and lost.
