Which do you choose?

fall2There is something exciting about a new day beginning. It seems new thoughts have been poured into my mind. I feel as though a special strength has been given me for the day. The exact portion I need. It causes me to look with anticipation at what lies ahead.

I decided sometime ago I would rather get up looking forward to my day instead of getting up down and out and grumpy about the new day.
It does wonders for the mind and it’s capacity to think. It also makes me feel good.

An old mentor told me, “You have but a few choices in this life, you can choose to be miserable, a complainer and lazy. (His word for that was “slug”) or you can choose to do your part each day to be happy and productive. The choice is yours. You can’t blame anyone else for where you are in life as long as you choose one of those.”

Which do you choose?
