I found myself wondering this morning if I put my best foot forward each day. It seems there may be days I don’t. There may be a few days a month that I slide on–whether it be because I don’t feel well physically or emotionally. That took me to examining what I would want for each day. I have to confess I wanted a good day–one in which I am happy and healthy. Upon that realization I decided to take a closer look at what it would take for me to have that each day.
After much researh I realized I was the one in control of that. How you may ask am I in control? Through my attitude and how I perceive what occurs. I found out that how I see something has a lot to do with how I feel. Turns out my attitude determines my outlook throughout the day.
