To Blessed Mothers Everywhere

Looking at your precious most perfect face

I remember God placing me in your warm embrace.

Guiding my first steps with your hand around    mine

Oh little did I know I was holding my lifeline

What joy it was to hear your praises and cheers

Not just then but all through the years

Although our time has passed so fast

I’ll hold your hand til the very last

Then I will place you in God’s warm embrace.
