The Price For Freedom

People talk about the cost of war in billions of dollars, they leave out the real cost. Of the soldiers in this picture, we don’t know how many of them died there, were wounded there or eventually came home. But we do know that for every soldier who died the price was irreplaceable for the soldier and for his family and friends. The ripple effect continues through generations.

Freedom, we have it because of them. Let’s not give it away or let it be taken from us. They fought and died to protect it. We owe it to their memory to do our part to keep freedom alive.
