Whose image do you see when you look in the mirror. Part of our behavior is tied to how we see ourselves. Low self-esteem sets up a run on your attitude that carries over into how you walk, talk, think and act.

Get your mirror out, look into it. You should be seeing a human being with a good heart, who is kind, compassionate, feeling, caring, loving,  helpful, inquisitive, smart, full of warmth, laughter and energy. Someone who wants to make the world a better place by reaching the heights of his or her potential.

That’s what I see when I look at you!
