Ever wonder why some people are more successful than others are?  Would you like to know one of the reasons they are successful? Well…get a pad and pen…take this down.

They make a decision to do the things they don’t want to do. Even if they don’t feel good, they will go on and do whatever is necessary to move them forward on their quest to success. Unfortunately, the majority of people will choose to say, “No, not today, maybe tomorrow or the next day, whenever I feel like it”. They will come up with all sorts of excuses as to why not to do it.

If you want to be a success at anything, you have to make yourself do the least unimpressive things in order to get you to the big things that need doing.  These things can’t be put off.

So there you have it, the first reason. Check back for the Second Reason.

  1. Thank you…procrastination seems to be a problem for so many, but only because they don’t want to tackle something…there are normally reasons for that. What could they be is a good question.

  2. Frazzled Mom says:

Love this post. So glad you are able to post so often! I like this one. My son has a hard time with procrastination! He should be working on his college essays. My husband gave him til Oct 1 to come up with an outline. Do you think he’s started on it? No. I’m going to copy this and share it with him. Thank you!!

  3. We sometimes forget to move forward so glad you are moving forward in your writing. That is wonderful.

  4. Annette Mastron says:

Glad you posted, “Forward Movement Ho”. Thanks Susan.
